To get to Coromandel from North (Auckland), we drove through some very winding road, and most of it are on the edge of the sea with very narrow lanes. Kept me on my toes I can tell you that ;) But it was all worth it. |

Our first stop in our trip up north was Auckland. 2 days there and we headed north to Whangarei, and the last day at Coromandel, made a quick stop at Cathedral Cove before heading back. Covered a total of 1900km. |

A full day to explore the museum, an Antartic and underwater world, arts and crafts market and lots more. |
