Our tour of Waitomo was cut short due to the flooding of the lower section of the cave, so our boat ride to view the glowworms was a short one, exiting through the entrance instead of floating through the river and exiting down below. The sight of the glowoworms hanging from the cave ceiling was quite breathtaking, almost like looking in distant stars in the night sky. dscf7187.jpg
