Rawang
One of the nice things about driving out of KL for photoshoot is that we almost never have any set destination in mind and would usually end up discovering new unique places to shoot some photos. Take last weekend for example. We headed towards Rawang, and drove towards Sungai Buaya and chanced upon this new memorial tucked in a secluded area a few kilometers drive from main road. Perched on a hill slope, it's got quite a from above and part of the undeveloped hill itself is covered in beautiful red gravel. Andrew and I spent a fair amount of time there, shooting under great clear blue sky (no need for polariser, not that we brought any). We'll be doing an article on the "angels" from the Christian cemetary for fotomentary, in the mean time, here are some of our shots.

Lonely plant.

Too much listening to R Kelly's I Believe I Can Fly will make you do this (look ma, no polariser!).

Trying to act cool under bright hot sun :) Photo courtesy of Andrew Boey.

Great sun + clear skies = plenty of silhouette fun. This is my favouritest of all.
