Andrew and I went on a photo assignment for Pagoda Groundnut to cover their peanut plantation in the region of Dak Lak, an hour's drive from Buon Ma Thuot. From there, we took the opportunity to explore the country through few cities from south and all the way to Hanoi in the north. Modes of transport we took include plane, bus, car, motorbike and bicycle, each presenting its own unique way of experiencing the country and its people.
Our journey
took us from Ho Chi Minh to Buon Ma Thout, then to Da Lat
in the highlands, and to Da Nang, home of American airbase
during the Vietnam War, and finally to Hanoi. With this
mini-site I hope to share with you some sights and experiences of my stay there.
